If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.

We aim to present products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, device type, and other factors. We do not guarantee that product appearance on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (including for stock, verification, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons).

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm it and successfully receive payment. Please review your order carefully before submission, as cancellations or changes may not be possible once processing begins.

If we cancel or make a material change to an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided.

Returns and refunds are handled only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You confirm that purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale, redistribution, or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICING, TAXES & BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change at any time. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order and will appear in your order confirmation.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, handling, customs/duties, or taxes that may apply.

You agree to provide accurate payment and account information and to keep it updated so we can process transactions and contact you when necessary.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that your payment provider will honor the charges.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

Once the package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you to the extent permitted by law.

All content and materials available through the Services—including trademarks, logos, product names, text, images, graphics, videos, audio, page layout, and design—are owned by DarcyHong or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY PLATFORM NOTICE

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform used to deliver the Services. Purchases made through the Store are transactions between you and DarcyHong. Shopify is not responsible for the sale, the products, or disputes between you and us.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the store is hosted on Shopify, Shopify may also process certain personal data to provide platform services. By using the Services, you acknowledge these practices.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK & USER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that Feedback for business and operational purposes.

You confirm you own (or have permission to share) the Feedback and that it does not violate laws or third‑party rights. We may remove Feedback at our discretion.
