1) Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing: 2–4 business days (quality checks + packing)
  • High-volume periods (holidays/New Year): up to 5 business days

Shipping Fee

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.99 per order (applies to all destinations)

2) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary depending on destination and fulfillment location. The timelines below are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates:

3) Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if available).

Please note:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to show movement after the label is created
  • Limited updates can occur while packages are in transit between hubs

4) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any import duties/taxes/fees charged by your country are paid by the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance

Customs charges are not common for many small household items, but rules vary by country.


5) Order Changes & Cancellations

We start processing quickly to keep delivery moving.

If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, please email service@darcyhong.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is in processing, we may be unable to make changes or cancel it.


6) Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged on Arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
